Version 1.0 · Last updated: 10 August 2026

Our policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Zero tolerance

Chérie has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Any account involved in it is removed immediately and permanently, the evidence is preserved, and it is reported to the police and to the appropriate child protection authority.

1. Scope

1.1This policy applies to everything on the Chérie platform and at every Experience we arrange.

1.2Chérie is an adults-only service. You must be 18 or over to hold an account. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use Chérie, and there is no part of the service intended for children.

2. What is prohibited

The following result in immediate and permanent removal, with no appeal, no warning and no refund:

  • Creating, possessing, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material, in any format.
  • Any content that sexualises a child, including material that is drawn, generated, edited or otherwise not photographic.
  • Grooming, or any attempt to make contact with a child for a sexual purpose.
  • Sharing images of a child in a sexualised context, or in a way that puts that child at risk.
  • Discussing, promoting or normalising sexual interest in children.
  • Trafficking, or offering or seeking any sexual service involving a child.
  • Using Chérie to make contact with, or gain access to, a child.
